  • If you want to change the time of your ticket - just let us know 12 hours in advance at our kiosk in the port or sending us a whatsapp and we will change it for another time.

  • If the boat doesn’t go for bad weather - no problem, we will refund you or change to another available day service. Whichever you prefer.

  • The boat is fast which is fantastic for cooling down in the summer heat, it’s worth bringing a light jacket. Plus of course, your swimming gear if you’ve chosen a tour with a swim stop!

    Suncream - there is a shaded canopy over the boat to protect you from direct glare, however due the the refreshing breeze provided by the speed, you may not realised how strong the sun is!

    Snacks and Drinks - The Cala Ratjada Express is a speedboat and so does not have a bar area.
